UPDATE: Below are updated deadlines from our travel agent (Updated 4/3/12).
Hello everyone! Our travel agent is working on setting up a webpage with payment information and trip details. He will have all of his contact information posted and you will be able to get in touch with him regarding any and all travel details very soon!
Here is a tentative schedule to keep in mind until the final details are worked out. Keep an eye out for your formal invitation and RSVP information within the next few weeks!
June 1st, 2012: $200 deposit (per person) due.
June 21st, 2012: Deposit becomes non-refundable. Once everyone is committed, we will know the final cost of the trip.
July 14th, 2012: Final rooming lists will need to be submitted to the tour company. Remember, if you plan on rooming alone (one person in one room), there will be an additional cost. Room rates are based on two people per room.
July 25th, 2012: Final payment due.
